28 delegates and 4 children participated in the camp (representing 7 Chinmaya Vidyalayas and 5 Chinmaya Mission Centres). The camp began with an ice breaking session through which the delegates came out of their shyness and mingled with others more freely like children. Delegates enjoyed a glimpse of the Science of chanting (phonetics) including pronunciation, rules of chanting accompanied with some real life examples showing the power of mantra. The evenings were soaked in devotion with bhajans, an insight into devotion and a bird's eye view of the life of Adi Shankaracharyaji. Other sessions included meditation, an overview of Chinmaya Mission activities through a quiz and of Chinmaya International Foundation activities, sample games, inspirational video highlighting the qualities of a role model Balavihar Sevak/Sevika, some basic concepts of Sanatana Dharma, joy through dancing and finally concluded with the chanting of Gurudev Astottara Shata Namavali as a gratitude to our Guru Parampara.
