I am very much enjoying the Easy Sanskrit Course Level 1. I have completed the lessons on the alphabet and nouns, and am now working on the indeclinable words. I especially enjoy how the teacher, Swami Ramakrishnananda, immediately relates the letters and words to specific shlokas in the Bhagavad Gita and Manusmruti and other classical texts to give context. Remembering the vocabulary is a huge challenge, and I am experimenting with different strategies to memorize. I feel that learning Sanskrit is a huge endeavor, but it is very rewarding.

Namaste,
I started with Easy Sanskrit Course around 3 months ago and the contents are nicely taught by Swami Ramakrishnandaji! The grammar contents are well covered, with not heavy exam (after each module) and also Swamiji addes lot of humor in between. I’m on module 7 and keen to complete the course in next 3-4 months and also then continue with Level 2 course.
I hope to build on this learning to learn the beautiful divine language and delve deeper into our rich wealh of scriptures.
