The Kenopanishad leads one from the known to the Unknown through the direct path of enquiry.

‘Kena’ literally means ‘by whom’. “Directed by whom does the mind go towards objects, the vital air ensue and the organs of perception and action function?” is the student’s question to the Guru. The answer to this question forms the first chapter of the Kena-upanishad.

The teacher explains further stating – One who thinks he knows It, knows It not. He who thinks he knows not, knows It. Finally, the teacher shares an anecdote to elucidate the Truth.

The study of this text with the Sankara-bhashya makes the learning complete and holistic.

This album contains discourses by Br. Ved Chaitanya, recorded during the online camp on Kena Upanishad (held in August and September 2021), as a part of the Upanishad Series.
